Wrong item was delivered, and was accused of being at fault for not confirming the order. We went to return the item in person, and wait 20 minutes while Jen was talking on the phone, and continued to take additional phone calls. Jen was completely rude and unprofessional, she continued argue that we should have confirmed the order. After she completing the return and we started leaving the store she had the gull to call my girlfriend "a little bitch." Needless to say we had a few words of our own for her. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Jen at Santa Monica Florist.
